When does LumiNus launch?
We're getting LumiNus ready for iPhone and Android, launching in Hong Kong, Germany and the United Kingdom. TO BE CONFIRMED: launch date
Who is LumiNus for?
Couples who are already together, whether you've just started or have shared decades. You both need to be 18 or older. LumiNus isn't a dating app, so there's nobody new to meet here.
Does my partner need the app too?
Yes. LumiNus is made for two. One of you creates your couple and shares an invite code, and the other joins with it.
How much does it cost?
LumiNus is free while we're getting started, with nothing to buy and nothing to cancel. Daily missions will always be free. Later, a subscription will add more choice and depth, and you'll always know before anything costs money. TO BE CONFIRMED: pricing
Can my partner see the ideas I skipped?
No. There is no list of what you skipped. When you both like an idea, it's a match, and you both see it. One honest note: if your partner likes an idea and no match appears, they can work out that you passed on it.
Can we choose which kinds of ideas we get?
Yes. In Settings, open Idea Card Focus to turn categories on or off and to like the ones you want more of. Changes start with your next deck, so today's cards stay as they are.
How do I turn off analytics?
In Settings, open Analytics and switch it off. When it's off, nothing is sent, and crash reports stop too. Our analytics never include what you write. Read more in our privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
You'll be able to delete your account in the app, in Settings. TO BE CONFIRMED: until that arrives, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll do it for you. Because everything in LumiNus is shared by the two of you, deleting your account also deletes your couple's shared data. The privacy policy explains why.
Is LumiNus a kind of therapy?
